Trade Desk
Our internal platform for mandates, counterparties and sealed documents – run on Kajbes infrastructure. Access is reserved for people Kajbes registers itself; counterparties need no login: they verify every document we send on the public check page.
Sealed documents
Every letter of intent, agreement and confirmation issued through the desk carries the Kajbes seal, a digital signature and a QR code bound to the recipient.
Verified in seconds
Scan the QR code or enter the document code at kajbes.com/verify. The result is unambiguous: genuine, not yet dispatched, superseded, revoked or no longer valid. Each document carries a validity period set by Kajbes – 30 days by default, longer for mandates and similar instruments – which we can extend, shorten or revoke at any time.
One check page for every counterparty
Whoever receives a document from us can confirm on kajbes.com/verify that it was really issued and dispatched by Kajbes – without an account and without seeing anyone's data. Names and addresses stay masked.
Under our control
The desk runs on servers operated by Kajbes. Only people we register ourselves can work in it – there is no self-registration and no automatic access for partners. Access is personal and can be withdrawn at any time.
What the desk does
Case files & dashboard
Every deal is one file: fields, counterparty, documents, attachments, dispatch and history. The dashboard shows follow-ups, open cases, unread mail, today's appointments and pending dispatch.
Documents from one numbering book
LOI, ICPO, NCNDA, NDA, CIS, company profile and soft corporate offers are generated from Kajbes templates with consecutive numbers – sealed, signed and QR-coded before they leave.
Procedures read, contracts compared
A seller's procedure PDF – scanned pages included – is read out and pre-fills product, quantity, port, price, payment and delivery. SCO, SPA or contract drafts are compared field by field with the file.
Mail, dispatch and inbox
Documents are checked page by page and sent from the desk. Replies land in a conversation inbox, are matched to cases automatically, and every dispatch is kept in a queue with its status.
Cases, calendar and meeting prep
A case bundles one counterparty with all its projects, mails and appointments. Times are recognised from mail text across time zones, and each meeting collects what is on hand and what is missing.
Contacts, traders, ports and offers
Contact files, verified lists of traders and trade desks, port dossiers with a source for every entry, and offers per product and port with status and interested parties.
Due-diligence knowledge
What can be checked on an offer – proof of product, IMO number, tank, origin, certificates, inspector, sanctions, company, bank – and where: every card names the official source.
Assistants and alerts
AI reads incoming mail alongside the rules and proposes what to learn. Telegram alerts for new mail and notes between users, PDF editing in Docombrix, and an Android app for registered users.
